ExakCare: Upgrades and Support

After you have successfully installed your ExakTime system - either on your own or with the help of EPS - you can take advantage of our yearly ExakCare upgrades and support plans for customers.

ExakCare covers all software and maintenance updates, such as new versions of TimeSummit and mobile applications, free 24/7 access to JobClock School, access to ExakTime support specialists and unlimited online, phone, chat and e-mail support.

ExakCare Shield

All ExakTime hardware comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Starting in year two, you can extend your hardware coverage with ExakCare Shield.

ExakCare Shield’s yearly plan covers all software and maintenance updates and provides additional years of protection for your ExakTime hardware, including: JobClock, JobClock/EX, FastTrakker, FastTrakker Pro and Keytab Reader.
