JobClocks, FastTrakkers and most other Exaktime hardware components come with a 1-year limited warranty. Hardware from other manufacturers (including PDA's and smartphones) are warranted through their respective manufacturers.

Complimentary hardware support provides chat, email and telephone support for basic setup, installation, assembly and connectivity. Complimentary software support provides chat, email and telephone support for installation, launch or reinstallation of software (not including data recovery) when your hardware meets the minimum system requirements for the software. It also includes major software upgrades (“feature releases”) that occur in the first 60 days after your purchase.

Exaktime releases several updates each year that add great new features as well as support for future JobClock and PocketClock products and accessories.
