Constructech’s 50 is a new variation on the Hottest Companies awards that Constructech has presented in years past. While in previous years companies were judged based on the success and growth found solely in the past year, those named for the Constructech 50 are evaluated on a continued and dominant presence in the marketplace.

The Constructech team considers various criteria when determining the winners. Some of those criteria included having a strong product/service aimed at the construction industry, ongoing customer satisfaction and growth, as well as outreach and educational efforts for the construction industry.

For the third time, Inc. Magazine has ranked Exaktime among the 5000 fastest-growing privately held companies in the U.S. in business products and services. Despite the 2008-2009 recession, Inc 5000 companies are responsible for creating more than 1 million jobs in the U.S. since their founding, making the list perhaps the best example of the impact that private, fast-growing companies can have on the economy.

TecHome Builder magazine selected Exaktime’s FastTrakker as the winner of its prestigious Innovative Housing Technology Award (IHTA) in the Field Operations category. The IHTAs recognize significant advances and best practices by product manufacturers, integrators and builders in home technologies and IT solutions for the housing industry.

The votes are in, and FastTrakker has won the Most Innovative Product award at the 2009 World of Concrete trade show. The 7th annual MIP contest showcased many new products exhibited at WOC and gave show attendees a chance to vote for the products they felt were the most ground-breaking. FastTrakker received the winning votes in the Business Tools category.

Exaktime has been named to the Deloitte 2008 Technology Fast 500, a ranking of the fastest-growing North American companies in technology, media, telecommunications, and life sciences. Highlighting both established and emerging companies, the rankings are based on percentage revenue growth over five years from 2003-2007. Exaktime's strong growth earned it the #314 spot in the prestigious list.

The Los Angeles Business Journal has recognized Exaktime as one of the 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies in Los Angeles for 2008. The Los Angeles Business Journal is a premier weekly business publication that examines the many ways that the L.A. economy operates. They have published the ranking of fastest-growing L.A. companies for 12 years.

PocketClock/GPS has been recognized as one of the 50 most innovative new products in the residential building market by Professional Remodeler magazine. PocketClock/GPS won based on its achievement in four categories: technological advancement, significant product improvement, new product line introduction, and proof of increase in the competition of a product line.

PocketClock/GPS stands out again, receiving the 2008 MVP Award from Building Products magazine. PocketClock/GPS won based upon ease-of-use, forward-thinking design, cost-savings and the ability to provide value to the building and remodeling community. Said one judge, "It definitely solves an ongoing problem that some companies don't even know they have."

The Computing Technology Industry Association, the leading trade association for the world's IT industry, named PocketClock/GPS a winner of the influential 2008 SoftwareCEO Software Innovation Awards. The Awards recognize innovative software products and new business models. Judges praised PocketClock/GPS with comments including: "What a clever idea!" and "Cool idea, nice ROI justification."

HGTVPro.com Weekly, the national syndicated cable show airing on HGTV awarded The JobClock the Editors Choice award on October 14, 2006. The shows host Scott Branscom declared the portable time clock by Exaktime is one of the hot trends in the building industry.

Merit Award in the business accessory category, sponsored by the Northwest Chapter of IDSA and is considered the most prestigious industrial design competition on the West Coast and IDSA Western District.

The Inc. 500 award, presented by Inc. magazine ranks Exaktime #153 out of the 500 fastest-growing privately held companies in the US. Exaktime was also highlighted as the 7th fastest growing company in the construction category.
