JobClocks are warranted for one year from the date of purchase. This coverage
is valid as long as you follow Exaktime's instructions with respect to
installation, usage, cleaning and maintenance. Any modification of the hardware
voids this warranty.
What is covered?
Exaktime will replace or repair any JobClock that fails to perform its intended
function, including:
All time and attendance recording and downloading functions
Audio and visual indicators
Keeping accurate time
What is not covered?
Accidents, alterations, misuse, vandalism or theft
Cosmetic issues, such as color changes due to weather, salt air, or chemicals
Batteries
Other Warranty Coverage
Exaktime offers a lifetime warranty and will repair or replace LockBox
enclosures, Padlocks, Keytabs and Keytab Readers if they fail to perform their
intended function.
Accidents, alterations, misuse, vandalism, theft and cosmetic issues, such as
color changes due to weather, salt air or chemicals are not covered under this
warranty.
Palm products and other handheld devices and accessories are warranted through
their respective manufacturers.
All warranties are non-transferable.
