a portable time clock that integrates new technologies into the The JobClock System, the leading time and attendance system used by over 600,000 professionals in construction, landscaping,
transportation and other industries. The enhanced time clock is as easy to use as the original JobClock but with great new capabilities, including powerful tools for supervisors.
With a JobClock/EX at each work location, employees clock in with Keytabs that they keep on their own key rings. Or, to track up to 1,000
cost codes, they can clock in with Exaktime’s FastTrakker® handheld device. Every pay period, supervisors collect time records from each
JobClock/EX with a BlackBerry® or Windows Mobile smartphone and instantly send the records to the office over their mobile Internet connection.

JobClock/EX data collection software for smartphones offers powerful foremen tools with a completely new set of multimedia
capabilities. A supervisor can use the BlackBerry’s camera to take photos at the jobsite and can also record audio field notes.
Photos and voice recordings can be combined with written field notes typed into the BlackBerry and tagged either for the work
site, an employee or for a jobsite.
Time records and field notes are securely sent to the office computer from nearly any location using the smartphone’s Internet
connection and Exaktime’s JobClock.NET service. After the information is transferred to the company's office computer, Exaktime
TimeSummit software lets managers analyze and export work hours into the company’s accounting or payroll system. as well as review field notes.
