Note: This is the second post in our “Behind the Scenes With…” series, which will be taking a look behind the curtain at an ExakTime employee to see what part they play in our great operation!
Q: What department do you work in at ExakTime?
A: Sales. We are here to provide information on our latest products to current customers or prospects who are interested in ExakTime. My main goal as an in-house program specialist is to make sure our customers are getting the most out of their systems.
Q: How do you spend 80% of your day?
A: I spend most of my time helping current customers who call in with questions about their system or new product.
Q: And the other 20%?
A: The other 20% I spend doing Customer Care calls and checking up on my current clients to make sure they are happy.
Q: What is the question you field most often from customers?
A: What will the ROI be for the annual fees? Just like their new system paid for itself with their payroll savings, the annual fees pay for themselves even more quickly as the system continues to save them money. On our end, that money goes to constantly updating our software products and maintaining a support team here in California that is reachable twelve hours a day.
Q. Whats your favorite thing about your position or job?
A: Hearing from customers that our system has saved them thousands of dollars and how happy they are with the system.
Q: Best thing about working at ExakTime?
A: The people and environment are above and beyond anything I expected my place of work to be. It feels like a family.
Q: Last but not least, what is your favorite ExakTime product or feature, and why?
A: ExakTime Mobile is my favorite solution by far. It takes away customers’ anxiety and doubt about whether an employee was where they said they were. With GPS and FaceFront it really makes the solution foolproof against guys trying to cheat. And with the SiteHub feature any supervisor can check in on their job site without being there. I believe it’s going to be the future!
BONUS QUESTION: Latest good movie/TV show you watched?
“Game of Thrones”, and I’m currently re-watching “Entourage” to get ready for the movie.
