The ExakTime System is easy to use for workers, payroll managers and owners. If you need technical assistance, however, at various times when you’re using the system, from setup to use in the field. ExakTime has you covered. ExakTime offers technical support to all customers in two forms: ExakTime Professional Services (EPS) and the ExakCare Support Program.

EPS

EPS is ExakTime’s installation service that provides setup and testing of time tracking software on all of the devices in your system – TimeSummit time tracking software, PocketClock/GPS time tracking software, JobClock portable time clock and any other devices you own. EPS includes:
  • Online installation and testing of all equipment and software
  • A walkthrough of AccountLinx, ExakTime’s exporting software
  • A walkthrough of JobClock.NET, ExakTime’s Internet service
  • Personalized, online or onsite training of field users and office staff
With EPS, you get faster installation of the system and the correct system configuration and training with minimal disruption to your business. While our professionals don’t handle every single aspect of the setup process, we do take care of the biggest technical items in new systems and act as project managers for your implementation.

ExakCare

With EPS, you get faster installation of the system and the correct system configuration and training with minimal disruption to your business. While our professionals don’t handle every single aspect of the setup process, we do take care of the biggest technical items in new systems and act as project managers for your implementation. The ExakCare Support Plan includes:
  • All software and maintenance updates
  • Free access 24/7 to JobClock School videos and ExakTime Knowledgebase
  • Toll-free access to an ExakTime support specialist from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. PDT, Monday through Friday. Chat begins at 6 a.m.
  • Unlimited GoToAssist, phone, chat and e-mail support.

  1. We have 4 hornets and apparently the Tenergy 3.7v batteries are starting to fail… we have two that are not functioning after replacing the smaller battery. What is pricing and availability on replacement 3.7v batteries?

    We would also like a manual for the unit.

    1. Hi Paul. Please call us at (877) 435-6411 and our customer service team can enter your case for troubleshooting. They can also quote you for any components that need to be replaced.

  2. Can a employee use a mock location. Through there developer options and a fake GPS app to change there location.
