Arcoro’s Learning Management System Recognized for Innovations that Streamline and Expedite Employee Training and Compliance Tracking
Calabasas, CA – March 12, 2020 –
Arcoro, a proven provider of human resources management (HRM) solutions for high-risk industries, announced today that its Learning Management System (LMS) has won the World of Concrete 2020 Most Innovative Product Award. The product was selected by Concrete Construction magazine to receive the Editor’s Choice Award in the Business & Technology Category.
The Most Innovative Product (MIP) Award Program is held annually by Concrete Construction and its publisher, Hanley Wood, and recognizes products in eight categories. World of Concrete exhibitors who submit their products to the MIP contest are required to demonstrate how concrete contractors or producers can use the product to solve problems, increase job site efficiency, improve quality or enhance safety.
A component of Arcoro’s suite of HR software modules, the cloud-based LMS is designed to deliver crucial training opportunities to employees in a manner that is consistent with company goals and culture. Administrators can offer a variety of digital learning opportunities based on the employee or department, job code and/or location, also taking into consideration the desired outcome and the available resources. Arcoro’s LMS has the flexibility to allow for various training methods so administrators can select the best fit for their employees.
Innovative features of the LMS that were highlighted in the award program submission include an auto-complete functionality that can be linked to external videos, an acknowledgment sign-off to ensure and record completion, an expansion of acceptable courseware formats, and out-of-the-box OSHA training courses and certifications. Short, skill-building courses can be completed and checked as complete on a mobile device.
“We are confident in the ability of Arcoro’s Learning Management module to help any business streamline its training process, so we’re excited for this recognition,” said Chief Marketing Officer Casey Powers. “Our LMS is a powerful tool for companies that need efficient ways to provide workers with ongoing training and to track their training for compliance.”
“Arcoro’s LMS gives us the ability to track the training of our growing workforce. It helps us identify new areas of opportunity. Thanks to the LMS, we’ve seen a great return on our investment in workforce development,” said Vice President of Human Resources Jenna Henderson SHRM-CP at Superior Bowen, an Arcoro customer.
In addition to the LMS that was recognized by the MIP Program, Arcoro offers a suite of HR software modules that can be used separately or as a complete system for hiring, managing and growing a business through innovative HR and workforce management practices.
“Arcoro solutions range from an Applicant Tracking System and an Onboarding module to Time and Attendance, Learning and Performance modules, and more,” said Powers. “Our solution works well for small to mid-sized organizations because they can choose exactly what they need today, and we can continue to support them as their needs change.”
